Why is it, when I plug Viltual DJ Console to an usb port on my Laptop and unplugged, my Xp program give me an errol and restarted the laptop again.

I've seen this problem before, have you a SIS chipset ?
There is a usb-fix from microsoft for problems like this.
I can't help you more at this time, but search for this patch.
What service pack do you have ?, maybe this patch is included in sp2.
