I had a prompt to update my VirtualDJ Pro LE two weeks ago, I did it then it asked me for a Serial Number. I don't have it handy, I'm not sure I got one since I bought it online. I have been waiting two weeks now for a response from VirtualDJ Support. NO RESPONSE YET, I have been forced to use an old version of CUE for my last 5 gigs, PLEASE HELP!!!!

There is no such thing as Pro LE, you have a Pro and you have an LE.

The same place you download the actual update from.

Furthermore you raised a ticket 6 days ago (not two weeks) and were answered 6 hours and 45 minutes later with this exact same information. I can see the response to your ticket so to say that you are still waiting is completely incorrect. You have raised no ticket before or after this, and have not responded to the reply from the person who handled your ticket. Furthermore the response was posted in your ticket AND sent via email to you so that you shouldn't have missed it.

I am new to VD, What I am looking for is to be able to pre-listen to the music as I Mix. I actually bought VD Broadcast because I saw that It supports Master and headphone outputs (Hardwear Support). Upon trying to use it to prelisten by configuring VD Broadcast I get a message saying that I would only be allowed 10 mins to use that feature as it is only availablein VD Basic or VD Pro Full. Is it possible that I am not doing something right and its possible that I can do so in VD Broadcast and if not can I get an upgrade to basic (Paying the difference) so I would be able to do so?

Im having trouble accessing / and getting the locks off the mixer board,and getting the hole song downloaded

As above, please open your own new topic rather than hijacking another topic that is not directly related to your question.

Please also give as much detailed information about the problem as possible. 'getting the locks off the mixer board' does not make any sense.

If English is not your first language, then using one of the language forums to post in your own language would be recommended.
