Changes:
- new "low-latency timecode" soundcard-mode
- new auto-gain modes: always 0dB (new default), or always match (old behavior)
- browser_open can pass the security dialog (load on xp10 and djconsole)
- pitch variations in timecode are shown on the rhythm window
- timecoded CD mode (in timecode speed)
Bugs Corrected:
- song disapearing after sort in database corrected
- scrolling problems in file list corrected
- bad mp3 needing crashguard corrected
- double open with xp10 corrected
- play+hold with xp10 corrected
- disable multiusers corrected
