Topic: Contact number or active support

How come Virtual DJ doesnt have a direct support line - or active email supporters? I have sent number of these 'help tickets' and had to answer, and it hasnt even been read this being almost 3 weeks ago!

Why would a company sell productions at such high prices and not have a active support lines or email address? - seems odd to me, I for one wont be spending anymore money here unless I'm promised the product will work on my computer or Virtual DJ will have some sort of active support system in place, such as live chat, email address, or tel number.

I am very upset and dissappointed.

i know this is a very busy time for them since there new version release,
but i've allways recieved help VIA these forums,
there staff watches these forums very well and have solved every issue i have ever had.

Tickets are replied usually soon as same day or day after.

Maybe you had a tricky question.. and it IS a very busy time right now, with houndreds of tickets since there is a new release.

So please have some patience with us at such times

Fair enough, but why dont they have a live chat system or tel number - would be much easyier I guess. The company would gain more trust because help is at hand.

Reason being that there are ONE MILLION registered users.

Without this GREAT community, good user manuals and most people getting by, by themselves, it would break down ;)

And a phone line would probably need like 100 operators taking calls..


We do our best to reply support tickets as soon as we can though :)

your ticket answered now...

If it doest work, it might be because the mic input on hercules is made for low end comsumer mic, and impedance means a lot.

Try a different mic, if the suggestions I posted at your ticket doesnt work good

Their site keeps saying that my questions have been answered when I have not even been contacted with an answer despite multiple attempts to get into contact with a representative from virtual dj... I am now quite frustrated with this software and definitely with this pitiful customer service. Their is a direct line but often there is no answer as they put you on hold for indefinite amounts of time....
