You must have Virtual DJ Pro or Numark Cue license. Then you can apply on the Virtual DJ radio forum.
- What is the difference between Virtual DJ and Numark Cue?
It is the same software, only skin is different.
- I have " Protection Error ****". What should I do?
Contact e-service. Only the team can help you with this.
- Is Virtual DJ that comes with Hercules DJ Console a Pro version?
No, that is Home version that has some limitations. You can see comparison here.
If you have Home version, you have a discount purchasing Virtual DJ Pro version.
- Does Virtual DJ work on Windows Vista?
Yes.
- How can I have more stars so I can download addons?
You have to buy Virtual DJ, you can do it here. If you are active on the forum and help others, you will earn more stars.
- I need a previous version of Virtual DJ, how can I get it?
Contact e-service. The Team will assist you. Remember that you can burn your copy on a media for future use.
- When the new version of Virtual DJ will be available?
There is no specific date set for new versions. The software is updated constantly. Check General Forum for news. |

- I have a problem with a peice of hardware i own what should i do?

No Currently beta testing is only open to vip members
- What are stars how do i get them
Like on most forums there are ranks these are indicated by the number of stars , they go from No licenced user to Corporate.
home and pro levels are awarded for purchasing a Virtual DJ product. Higher Ranks are awarded for help other users and showing good support skills
il break down the ranks quickly here..
Experianced professional user is awarded to users who show good skills and knowlege and help others.
Vip Members are choosen from experianced professional users who show great skill at supporting others and good mixing skills and help by testing versions of the software before it is released.
Ultra Vip users are users are vip users who have been a vip for a long time and have been good at testing and supporting others.
Moderators help look after the forum and help the teamers support users.
Teamers work at the Eservice to help users by support tickets , they are all experts in their fields and with out them the software would not be as good as it is today you can learn more about them here |

- I lost my Serial number, what can I do?
Just go to Download center and enter your forum login. You will find all licenses and serials You have bought.
