i bought dj control mp3 i have installed all softvares to my laptop but when im trying to open vdj i se message protection error 16 is it controler bad ?

Most of the time that error is because of a pirate version, install only the home edition that comes with your console,regards.

Well, in that case delete all vdj's registries and install it again.

my software was together with controler, and registry cleanup not helping, nothing helping, i am disapointed of this software ;[

i dont think its very fair to complain as you tried to break the law and software agreement
by trying to install a cracked copy of virtualdj pro

Maybe in the past you had a cracked version and error protection registry still remains there, contact the suppor service like skyfxl mentioned, they are the only ones that can help you now.
