I am wanting to go TCV and i was just wondering if anyone can give me a complete rundown of what i need as well as all the software settings and wiring to set it up... yes i have the full version yes i have read other posts but still confused on exactlly what i need and what im paying for with TCV...

Well please tell my what you have?.
Fresh Setup: PC or Notebook Pentium 4 or AMD 64. The fastest the better. 1GB in RAM (fastest you can get. AMD works with DDR 400, Intel DDR2 667). SATA Hard disk 300GB at 7200RPM or greater (if you want video consider this or more and 10K RPM is better). (For Intel use an Intel Motherboard, 955 is right or 945P Series).
Video Card 256MB: N-Vidia FX-6600GT (or better, 7800GT is the best) or a ATI X600 (or better).
Sound Card: M-Audio Delta 44 (or better from Delta Series) for notebook M-Audio FireWire 1814.
Turntables: Technics SL-1200 MK5 or Numark TTX (one with direct drive motor).
Needles: Ortofon, Stanton, depending on what you want. For Music (not scratch) STANTON 681 EEE Mk III. For Scratch ORTOFON CONCORDE SCRATCH.

thanks for the quick response. currently i have no dj equipment but ive been doing my research and plan to get either numark or staton direct drive TT, not sure on mixer yet maybe numark. i wont think a usb soundcard would be best for me because i plan to use real vinyl as well. i am currently deployed to iraq so all i have is my weak laptop but when i get back to america i plan on getting a more powerful laptop. anyway thanks for the help.
