Me too, just bought one today, plugged it into my Mac and nothing…had to do the nasty, download the S word program and it stinks, I’ve been running VDJ since the early 2000’s and don’t wanna switch! Help us VDJ!!!

The Rev7 is supported in the latest early access release of Virtual DJ, so go have fun :)

REV1 is next on our to do list. So hopefully, it won't take long.
TBH, the most part of the controller is done for quite some time now. It's the weird "firmware locked" features that delay it's support.

Thanks Phantom, I’ll be checking back on this thread, if someone could let us know when the REV1 compatibility is completed, so I can get rid of the S program…

I know I just got my rev1 cause my other controller broke and I have a gig this weekend. I had to download the S word cause i had no choose :"(

Have got my REV7 and its working with early access version.

Only one thing i have trouble with. Saved loops are not working.
My saved loops are not recognized. Can't activate them over pads.
If you guys are missing the CUE button you can map it to "Shift + Start"

Saved Loops pads issue is currently under investigation..

Turned out it was a bug in our REV Mapping files. Should be fixed if you restart VirtualDJ (silent update)
If not, delete PadsPagesChanged setting (from VDJ Options) and restart VDJ

I'm asking because I could possibly take a video for you, but I wouldn't know what to show about it that's not out on the internet already..
I mean, all the functions of Rev7 work in VirtualDJ pretty much the same as with Serato. Therefore all other "demo" videos of Rev7 out there are valid for VirtualDJ as well.
PS: Since I know some things you're after in general, you would be happy to know that the mixer is hardware.
Also the controller offers both hardware and software effects. And yes, both of them work with VirtualDJ.

It would be nice to see it. Especially if people have come up with alternate mappings, tip and trips just like people are doing with Serato. Im a man, Im visual. I wanna see the best software used with all the best equipment. I wanna see the rane one, the rane 12s, rane 72, 70, Pioneer s11, 7 ect......
