Hi D, i must say i tried it but it was still the same. I am very interested to see if it is people with nvidia drivers that this is affecting. For me it was either or both Nvidia drivers and VDj that is causing problems. Many thanks for the suggestion, it may be ok with the new build for others.

Please try with latest Early Access Build 6280

This latest Early Access Build seems to have solved the problem!

I went into the settings and changed the mathEngine setting from CPU to GPU. I got an error box saying 'Stems acceleration not supported on your gpu' or something similar, then the 'Analysing your hardware and downloading optimized components' box showed up. Took about a minute to finish that, so then restarted Virtual DJ.

Upon restart, I can freely change between CPU and GPU for the math engine, and after setting it to GPU stems calculate properly and very quickly, and the EZRemix knobs and the stems pad buttons work as expected. Additionally, Virtual DJ is no longer being left in my task manager list after being closed down.

My thanks to the VDJ devs who fixed this issue!
