Hi Guys
I have a Gemini GV4
the software witch came with the Gemini has been install but when I want to put in the serial number , it says Serial Number is invalid
Can somebody help me please
Without the serial number I can only use the Trial version witch is limited and all the Functions on the controller are not working
I hope I can get a solution

Go to my account ^up there, then licences your serial is there.

Some Limited Edition versions are available only for version 7, so if you are trying to enter its keycode in version 8, it wont work.
Visit http://www.virtualdj.com/le/ , enter your LE serial/keycode and see if it offers ver 7, ver 8 or both and install VirtualDJ from there.

There are no pro serials anymore
It's based on credentials instead - as in: the logon you used when you bought the pro license
