Found a possible bug in b4276 and other newer EA builds:
A script based on effect_active while_pressed seems to only work when the effect is selected
So this works, and the effect is only activated as long as the button is pressed:
effect_select 'echo' & effect_active 'echo' while_pressed
But this (in 1 slot mode) will leave the echo effect playing after the button is released
effect_select 'flanger' & effect_active 'echo' while_pressed
When tested in latest public b4204 it works as expected
