if you are only doing searches on song titles u may uncheck everything except title that should help limit the searches i know its not a solution but it may help some.

I just changed the number to 3 in the search field which means it's just searching for title an artist but it did not help

Actually it seems to be a little better the song No by Megan Trainor is a bad example due to the fact it's so short
