Topic: Virtual Dj 7 Pro Mac and ddj-sx2 have sound no controller functions!!

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I have the ability to play music but no controller functions. its like a huge sound card. When i try VDJ8 it works without any problems no skips or anything. But no control in VDJ 7. i am a pro user and downloaded all the xml files and controller files but nothing works.

How do i fix this. i prefer VDJ 7 on my mac. running
VDJ 7.4.7 pro
Mac OS X 10.9.3
6 GB ram

The DDJ-SX2 is not supported by VDJ7. It is too new.

There is nothing 'to get to' - you need to use a newer version of VDJ.

i have the latest version of both still no flip and still doesn't work on 7

It won't work on version 7. Simple as that.

What's more, flip is a function of Serato DJ - not Virtual DJ.
