I forget my ID for connecting to this website.. So i created this new account.
I haven't access to download the mapper for my DDM 4000 in your website.
Why ?
Who can send this mapper or send me a link for download it ?

We always recommend to register the licence in your account, so you have access at anytime to your serial and installer file of your licence at any time.
Serial Key or Login Datas are something confidential like as password or a creditcard. It is up to the owners responsibility to keep it save.
you should contact the support.
