Fresh install of Windows 10 on a new harddrive, all windows updates and drivers installed...
Is it because ive not installed dx9 yet??

Are you absolutely positive you've installed your video cards drivers?
What does device manager list your video card as?

Aha!! After it needed the driver for the "Intel Management Engine Interface" and rebooted now there's issues with the 2 graphics cards..
well fancy that!! Cheers Scot, i wouldn't have thought bout looking back in Device Manager as all was well before the last reboot!!

don't forget u need drivers for all that stuff under OTHER Devices
probably need chipset drivers from the look ... i would go to my PC manufactures site and get the drives for my system and get them all installed :-)

It was all clear apart from the management engine, so i sorted that and it knocked out all those things in device manager..
Normally i hate having things there needing drivers, but the MEI driver is not needed..
