Then it seems like you are not logged in, because that sounds like the trial time you get without a license
Try checking the CU part of your license pane under settings in v8
It should look like this, and say "already have"
In v7.4.7 it harder to see, except the load length.
It does still work (I've just tested it), but it's not supported anymore
If you are below v7.4.7 I don't think it'll work
