I pay for a ContentUnlimited Audio subscription, and 99% of the time the song I hit "download" on, never downloads. If I'm paying this subscription, why do the songs never download?

Have you got a solution for this yet? I haven't, and it's 3 months later! I'm paying for a subscription that's totally useless.
