I've just bought and downloaded VDJ8. I'm using a MacBook pro. Everything works fine except for the Sandbox feature. I've open 3 ticket questions to VDJ, and I don't get an answer, they refer me to a dumb video on YouTube. I'm using audio files. Can anyone help? Thanks

Sandbox will only work if certain conditions are observed - as stated on page 60 of the User Guide.
What exactly are you doing, and what exactly is "not working"?
If they referred you to a video then you did get an answer. They responded to your ticket.

One more thing (apart from the mentioned restrictions - No Effects/No video/No External mixer setup)..
Sandbox requires a "clean" Master Output. It only then allows Sandbox to work.
If for example both of your volume faders are low enough, or if 2 decks are playing out on Master, then it cant decide which one is your Master, so wont work.
Also please define "not working".. dont you get the waveform in the Sandbox area on the skin ? Or is there an audio routing issue ?
