I don't see the point to recommend you a new card yet,
Numark DJ I/O should work fine unless your computer is not optimized for audio or have some issues.
To better advise you please be more specific on what problems you have exactly with it.
You can test your system with this utility :

The song stop for a bit or the sound sounds like a "robot" for a good minute or until i change the latency again or check/uncheck the ultra low latency box..
I am using the highest latency possible and some times ultra latency checked ,but still stops for a bit , I am using it the card as one main out put and a headphone.
Any idea of what could be the problem??

I agree with George. Also, it's always a good idea when asking about things to buy, to specify your budget.

I've never seen anyone with Windows 7 32bit.

Pretty much every Windows 7 computer with less than 4gb ram was sold with it!

Ok First Off !
What are the specifications of your computer? Amount of memory and processor type and processor speed all theses are important. do you have integrated graphics or do you have a separate video card and how much memory. what hardware are you running for Djing or are you just using the computer and mouse.
Did you optimize windows 7 32 bit windows.. also
when having those issues it is important to understand the capability of your computer with hardware that you are using.
and also make sure your usb drivers are good. windows had an issue early on in windows 7.

That memory seems very low to me although that may not b the issue. Also, u are using the AMD chips. AMD can have compatibility problems with certain hardware/software combinations (although I use an AMD chip and the DJ I/O and have flawless performance).....Adjust ur setup using the article on Windows Optimization and then when u run VDJ, Turn off the auto updater (Windows)... turn off the wifi, close all browsers...In other words STOP all processes except VDJ....The problem is in ur PC setup, not that DJ I/O unless it is by chance defective. Lots of ppl. including me use that card and have zero issues with it....

I have windows 8 and Numark DJ/IO. At first Numark DJ/IO was giving me some small problems, but then it works pretty good. In order to fix the problems that Numark DJ/IO was giving me, I did the following. When Virtual DJ and Numark DJ/IO were working good, I closed Virtual DJ and let it rest for three minutes, so this way virtual dj save the configuration. Then I run Virtual DJ again and it works pretty good. I also download the drivers from numark website.
I hope this help you.

Have you tried to test your system with DPC latency as advised ?
You must see only green lines there. If you see red spikes then any asio sound card will have the same issue.

I just finished installing all the windows 7 drivers from the toshiba site, I ran latency checker and i have some red , and yellow bars.is mostly green but i got few red ones.
Do you think if I install 2 more gig of ram I will be available to stop the red bars??
Just wondering..

Everything looks better thank's to you guys,Thank you for all the information...
I turned off windows updates, antivirus off, wireless off, uac off, and the latency improved so much, at the point of not having any red bars, only few yellows ,but nothing like before and runing the dj i/o and virtual dj at the same time......now i only need to test the virtual dj and dj i/o ,like few hours ,just to make sure the problems are gone....I cannot do it right now because its 3:30 am , i'll do that tomorrow morning ...
Again I Thank you all for the help , this forum is awesome, soo helpful ..
Cheers!!!

In Config> Performances, set the latency manually (11ms)
Try also toggling safe mode on/off to see if that makes a difference

I tried everything , optimize the laptop, update drivers, all set-up according to common pc issues and nothing, just now I was running latency check ,virtual dj and dj i/o with all green bars and still the good sound only lasted one song, I tried differen usb cable, different usb port, and same thing , starting to look like dj i/o is defected??
I am about to give up, but I cannot do that since I have a gig on saturday ....

I was using a usbcard ( tiny little card) that I have for a long time ,and the same happened ,few song and noise ,that makes me think that the usb port driver is not working properly, does anybody think that if I get a express card (usb 3.0 ) will help??
I am just trying to make it work for this weekend then after that I would have to consider a new laptop o new card ...

USB2 would be better, some of the USB3 chipsets are a bit iffy with older hardware.
I guess it's a process of elimination.
Cables?
Sound Card?
Reinstall OS?
Have you tried VirtualDJ with the laptop inbuilt card to see if the same thing happens?
