I have noticed that when working in hybrid midi, I dont have to touch the pitch on the 3700 but the pitch in VDJ very slowly starts slowing down, I reset it back to zero but then off it goes again.... it does not do this in normal midi mode, also, when I adjust the pitch on the 3700 the pitch display on the 3700 flickers and stutters and looks very shabby.
One thing to to note also, if I change the pitch slider on the Denon deck nothing happens in the software....
I have been in a chat with a VDJ engineer and he thinks it is the wrong timecode signal that is causing the issue. Has anyone got VDJ7.04 and 2 x Denon 3700's working in Hybrid Midi mode without the pitch on the software changing by itself... If so please help me with my settings....
Anyone help me out with this??
Cheers in advance John

Why are you running hybrid mode? Denon DN3700's are native to VDJ and will run MIDI just fine. No sound card or any type of config needed.

Try This
Here's how I have my setup on VDJ
Inputs - None
Outputs - External Mixer
* Deck 1: Chan 1&2 / Deck 2: Chan 3&4
Sound Card - Asio - Denon DJ Asio Driver
Both Denon 3700's are hooked up directly to my PC's 2 USB ports, one on each. Both decks are hooked up, with RCA plugs, into my Denon X600 mixer. Mixer is NOT hooked up via USB.
Both Denons are set up as follows:
Left Player
MIDI Channel 1
JOG Trns Int - 3ms
Unit No Set - ALL
Hybrid MIDI - Scratch Live
Jog Pulse - 1480
Right Plater
Set up exactly the same as the left player. The MIDI Channel on the left and right players is set the same, MIDI Channel 1.
The first thing I had to do is MIDI (connect it to the pc) the right player then the left player. If I did the left player first it was assigned as the right channel on my mixer and in the VDJ screen.
I have this working, working without the Numark I/O box. I am able to use the Parameters knob to scroll through my crates, I can use the back button on the 3700, right under the parameters knob, to scroll through my playlist.
Now, my issue, and where I'm hoping someone can help. When I use Jog Pulse 2960 the music just spins uncontrollably, both decks. The 1480 works fine, no cd time code being used but I would like to get this working so that I can change to the updated pulse of 2960 to get more precision.
I have an external CD player / Recorder hooked up to the external both on my mixer so that I can record cd's, works great

Johntankard
if you go into config
timecode settings
then debug
ensure there is a tick in disable clearsound. I had the same problem as you and my fix was to put a tick in this box, If I untick mine my pitch slider starts to slow down again.
Hope this helps...
