Topic: Export Cue Points to Serato

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

A lot of time goes into setting cue points while familiarizing oneself with Virtual DJ. For those who want to upgrade to Serato Itch software, it'd be immensely helpful to have all the cue points set in Virtual DJ move with the music files into Serato. Thanks!

That's a downgrade ....

And why would we make a tool to export our format into someone elses?

If Serato is interested into winning you over in a downgrade, then they should provide you the tools to do that.

While I agree with Cstoll I don't think putting down a competotor in that fashion really helps the post.

Itch pro's
1 to 1 midi communication.
special functions based on each controller
itch is free
Itch Cons Virtual Dj Pro's
itch hasn't been able to release 2.0 in almost 2 years
itch still hasn't been able to rewire into other Daws
itch cannot change it sound to configure to other potential in and out's
Itch does not have CBG or beatgrid until it releases 2.0
Itch has no confirm date of release for 2.0
Itch has no release date of the bridge for Ableton
Itch does not have the ability to add as much midi hardware as you like or need
Itch does not allow user to rewrite functions or uses to fit the users needs for custom mapping
Itch does not support beatlock,
itch does not have smart scratch
itch does not have video capabilities
itch does not support instant music video creation tby linking video's as you play and save the links
Itch does not have 12 beat and pitch matched samplers
Itch has minimal skins for more custom use.
ITCH CUE POINTS ARE NOT INFINATE AND ARE NOT INSTANT SYNCABLE.

In conclusion WHY would you want Virtual Dj to spend time making files cuable for competitor products when they can spend time making YOUR paid product with superior community support and Technical support and Copmpany Communication even BETTER?
