For the most part, I beatmix in and out of the songs im playing but sometimes beatmixing and dropmixing sounds terrible for the songs im working with.

wondering if anyone has a good technique with using something like a "whoosh" transition effect get assist with getting out of songs?

I'm using numarks stealth controller so ideally id like to setup transition effects that are mappable to one of the buttons on the controller

im having a hard time finding decent sounding effects online and i really dont want to deal with downloading software to create my own so i guess my question is where do i get these effects or must i always create my own?

Cheers

i use the flanger for things like this sometimes,it just changes the sound of the tune enough to make a switch still sound decent

depeding on what your mixxing, to go in you should drop it normally, but loop out the other song, iether by echoing it out,
or using a vdj plug "flanged loopout", try it out, its very nice, oh and IF you do use that plug in, i suggest quickly
kill the base on the song goin out
