Ok guys i just wanted to know if i can use a uca 202 as an additional sound card for my laptop, it only has one output jack so i need another output for my headphones.

Yes the Behringer U-CONTROL UCA202 will work fine in VDJ.

Are you just using the laptop and no controller unit?

If you need more outputs try another soundcard such as a Maya 44USB, this is a popular soundcard around here...
