Scratch response

In the full VirtualDJ Professional, you can adjust the Jog Sensitivity (Scratch) in the CONFIG -> Options tab - move the slider to the left it gets tighter - move to the right it gets more loose.

If you want to tweak it even further - then you can download the registry tool and tweak it more:

http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/2170/Registry_Tool.html

Run the tool and change the JogScratchLatency option to a value of 1024 to give you a tighter response.
