Forum: PC Version Technical Support - Topic: External mixer problem

Here is my problem.
(My operating system is windows vista(home premium edition).)
(I use the Mk2 hercules console,2008 drivers.)

The problem is that if I move the crossfader in the hercules console while in external mixer mode,I lose one channel.

In my old laptop that run on windows xp , such a thing never happened.I had no problems.

Could anyone tell me what the problem is?
Is it hercules,virtual dj or the god d*mnVista?

Problem solved,IF ANYONE HAS THE SAME BROBLEM,Go in option and select Crossfader > Disabled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
