Could someone please tell me how I can make my own *.ini files for my skins? please mail to m_dejong@hetnet.nl (als je nederlands ben mag je ook wel in het nederlands mailen)

You should take some exemples from existing *.ini files.

There's a demo file to download from the add-on section.
In there you'll find an ini file with details on every parameter.
