Hi

a mate of mine is getting rid of his Stanton C314 CDJ's. I know these have scratch functionality so is it possible to use these as Virtual CDJ with VDJ?
I'm already using the Hercules RMX as my midi controller and soundcard.

Any help/advice would be appriciated

Thanks

Yes. I use the c.304's without a problem. So I'm sure the c.314's are usable.

Great, now can anyone point me in the right direction as to how to set this up!?

Plug the c.314 outputs to the inputs on your RMX. Plug the outputs to your sound system. Open VDJ, open the settings, and select sound settings. In the "Inputs" dropdown, select Timecodes (or single timecode, whichever applies to you). Set your Output to "Headphones", and set your sound card to your RMX as you usually would.

These are the basic steps. There may be a slight variation, and I'm sure someone will point it out if there are. I don't have a RMX, but have used the MK2 in a similar fashion. Let me know if that works for you.
