For all songs?
there is an automatic history log in the software, that creates playlists.

A playlist can be opened in text editor, or use VirtualDJ browser export feature to cvs or html files.

Not exactly like that.
But the song is saved automatically to /documents/virtualdj/history/tracklist.txt
So if your other app can grab the very last line in that text file perhaps

Not sure why you asked about the text file earlier then..
To show track titles you can use video skins, or the titler video fx
https://www.virtualdj.com/plugins/index.html?category=skins&subcat=2&sort=downloads
And you can also broadcast directly (no need for OBS) http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/videobroadcast.html

I use OBS because of the HTML overlays for Streamlabs & stuff for twitch. Virtual DJ isn't versatile enough for what I'm wanting to do that why I use OBS. I have used the title overlays over the top of the video but still not what I'm after. Rekordbox now as a Github project that will save the title to an HTML file also found a way to read from KUVO as well.
