YES, YES HE IS!!!
i had some very religious parents and wasnt allowed to buy music when i was a kid.. but the first music cassette tape i ever owned was Weird Al's Dare to be Stupid. everything else i had to hold the tape recorder next to the radio and then use an earpiece so they wouldnt know what i was listening too.
i love parody music if its' done right. keeps us from getting too serious.

my favorite Weird Al is dare to be stupid itself , with it's blatant nod to Devo ...lol but " one more minute " is great too .....
