Topic: Broadcasting using Live 365

Is anyone having any success with using VDJ and Live 365? I can't seem to get the two to work together and wonder if there is someone who might be able to walk me through the process.

I have my station set up on Live 365 and am able to brodadcast using the Studio 365 software they provide, but have no success with VDJ.

Skyfxl...I have already posted on that thread--I am at the end of page seven.

What do I need in addition to VDJ and a Live 365 account to broadcast there? When I set things up as the guide at the beginning says, I broadcast at Live365, but it says that my broadcast server is turned off. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

i will have u up & running in 5 minutes (as long as your connection is right) I also offer phone support with my shoutcast servers ;)
 
try this ,

ok login to your live 365 account , ensure that your package includes live streaming slots

look for servers/connections here you will see the option to start the server to allow connections

and the details to connect with , then go to vdj , use the external server option and use the information they provided

ensure ports 8000 and 8001 and one are unblocked on your firewall , and forwarded on your router if you have one,

aslo be sure to choose the shoutcast option not icecast as live 365 cant handle that ,

if this is your first time streaming you may aslo need to check with your isp they dont block these ports as some do not like people streaming media ,

I have everything configured that way, and still can't get it to work.

VDJ says I am connected and broadcasting, but nothing coming through on Live 365. I have tried Live mode, Relay mode, everything I can think of. Do I need to use their broadcast software?

Do you have any success with Live 365 yourself?
 
Double check your configurations I use live365 it works great for me
 
I would think that he possibly fixed it after 6 years ;-)
