Topic: Ejecting a song from a player

Hello all,

Just a simple question. How do I eject a song from a deck? At this point the only way I can figure out how to empty a deck of a song, is to replace it with something else. I haven't seen a way or button to do this simple task. Is it possible ?

I don't no either, but if you download Cioce new que skin for VDJ5,1.4 i think near the window that tells you the time and BPM, there is a unload button you press to eject the deck.

By the way it's a very very nice skin, give it ago.

Thanks Jimmy it works. Indeed there is an unload button. I have been using the Platinum V1 skin. I haven't found the eject yet on that one. Your Cioce is nice and I'll take a close look.

If anyone sees an eject in Platninum V1 skin please point it out to me. I could just be woozy and just not seeing it.

The v-mix and mix lab skins also have an unload button
 
you can make a keyboard shortcut with the unload action too

options > keyboard shortcuts
 
SkyfxL... Thanks for pointing out the keyboard shortcut technique. I made my default player eject when I hit the ESC key. Really nice. I get more and more impressed with this player.

My only wish is that they put inertial control to the turntables. I have been a big OTSJuke, OTSDJ, OTSAV fan for years and love the feel of the turntable. Please VDJ make the turntables smarter.
