I am trying to install the DJ Console Mk2 on Windows XP 64 Bit. It gives me the error: "String IDS__TargetReq_DESC_OS was not found in string table." I tried to install the downloaded drivers from Hercules and get the error: "The operating system is not adequate for running Hercules DJ Console Series."
Is it possible to install the Mk2 on a Windows XP 64bit?
I was able to download and install Virtual DJ Trial and it works great. I would like to use the MK2 with the Virtual DJ software. :)

i belive that hercules doesnt support 64 bit operating systems

I've tried the MK1 console on 64 bit and it will not install properly. Very similar soundcard/design to MK2 so im guessing thats not supported either. Hercules really should make better mention they do not have Vista 64bit drivers.

Download the Driver from the Hercules website http://ts.hercules.com/eng/index.php?pg=view_files&gid=17&fid=61&pid=179&cid=1 then install it . Go to computer then insted of double clicking the cd drive right click it and select explore then go to software and select setupvdj
