Like having these features that are available in many forums now:
- Ability to edit and delete user's own posts
- Avatars
- Subscribtions (Right now I have a list of shortcuts and just manually keep checking for updates)
- Ability to see what topics users have posted in
- Ability to search all forums at once.
Let's make Version 4.0 a smash!

It won't be done for various reasons.

You're right! Ha Ha. :)
When I said:
I mean to have a page where I can see the topics I personally have posted in.
In addition, edting if only for 15 minutes after. It's better than nothing though. I'll just be more careful when I post, to look out for typos.
Now to learn how to get on the Virtual DJ Radio. Ha Ha.

Allowing users to edit messages after 15 minutes would make a mess. Imagine a user edits his first message in a topic to give complementary information on his setup, who would go to the first page of topic to see what he has written...?

Yeah, it would make a mess; people changing opinions and the whole topic of threads would change.

I too am lerning to to 'be careful' when posting. But that is a valuable skill to hone... And may even benefit my non-cyber exhistance. There are a few postings that I would like to take my name off of...
Perhaps the answer is an option is to, after the 15 minutes, be able to post a personal choice of icon that says:"Dude, was I Fried when I wrote that...", "I keep telling her not to do that when I am on the form...", "I just can't believe I worte that." or "I did not write this! someone must have used my login...".

Another feature I would like is the option to set how many topics are viewable on a page for people with fast connections. Right now, I count 15. In addition, 15 posts are seen when one goes inside the topics. I can probably support up to 100 at a time, just to give you can idea of the possible settings not to show off. :-)
