Topic: Video dislay - Using a OHP & Flat Panel

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Hi Have a flat panel display of the type used Overhead Projectors, which I would like to use with VDJ
for display of video effects and video.

It only has a VGA input (no composite) of a very low resolution something like (300x600) it will not work on any higher resolutions.

It seems to produce an acceptable image, but I would need a Video Card with dual vga outputs
one of high resolution for an LCD Monitor to run the program, while being able to output low resolution to the OHP panel for video and effects display.

My Computer has one 8x AGP slot and several free PCI slots.
Is running two video cards an option with VDJ?

What specs would the respective cards need EG Ram, and other factors?

you can run 2 video cards, but be warned u might run into irq conflicts or maybe even driver issues
I ran 1 agp and the internal for a total of 3 monitors without a problem. VirtualDj sees whatever windows detects
