Hiya PPL !! Just trying to download VDJ Pro again, after reinstalling XP ... Thanks everyone for your help !! Muchly appreciated, I've got my ticket through and am now waiting for a reply "Wooohooo". I sent other tickets but never completed one for the team (at the bottome of the page LOL) ... THANK YOU

You should get the download link within 20 minutes of requesting it all being well. But never depend on such a sharp response, I've learnt this myself, loosing VDJ a few hours before leaving for a gig, but the support team are great.

Yep, I got mine almost instantly. Unfortunately other members can't send their installations to you because it's against our agreement and each install is uniquely coded, but the support team are fantastic and will get you going in no time. Make sure to make a backup of the install file to a CDR or USB Pen etc.
