Topic: where's my serial number located?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Before I go digging in the basement to get the packaging, etc. Can anyone tell me where my serial # is? Is it on the Hercules console? Is the software serial # different? Is it in the manual?

Hercules users do NOT have a serial. The device itself is your "serial" 4 software.
