Why does it say that I have 13 min every time I make a new post?

thats just because you might want to edit it then you have 13 mins before it is posted as is after which you cannot make any changes. so really its nothing to worry about but nobody will see your post until after that time runs out

Sometimes, when we post. We read after that and notice some gramatical error or maybe we want to change in some way our post. That's why you have 15 min (from 14min to 0) to change your post and allow you to change it or even delete your post.
