Quick question> Will the Virtual DJ software allow me to run two audio outputs once I plug in the two USB ports out of the laptop and into the Numark USB mixer?

Yes it will.
However, I experienced some pretty bad radio frequency interference and hum with that mixer.
It went back, you get what you pay for.
