Is it my imagination or does the Video and abient videos run smoother in 3.1. I have noticed on my laptop that there is not the stutter on the ambients there once was... or so I think

Nope its not your imagination. The vide engine is working even better in 3.1

it's working better, but still not goog enough to karaoké nights with
when i play my divx files the music is not at the same time at all
so i still use an other program for my video files
