Is it my imagination are populair songs harder to mix then underground songs or even mp3 songs...
(like www.mp3.com and www.peoplesounds.com)

It's just I have a lot more difficulties finding the right songs to mix on cd's I have ripped (like serious beats) then on songs I get from official mp3 sites...

Is that the only way?
What if don't have such versions? (club and extended mixes)
Are you screwed then?
What would be the best way to mix then?
In the break of the song? Not in the end cause the song just keeps on going till the end.... :(

There has to be a way then just mixing the bassdrums...
How can you make up for the difference in sound?

How do you blend them toghether?

P.S.
Seems all of my cd's have bad versions of songs on them...
I can beatmatch them, but the sounds just clash into each other :(

well, you must learn how to mix properly. Some styles you mix the highs and mediums, some its best to mix the low. Sometimes you cut the base completely...practice makes perfect if you wanna dj.
