isnt this a possible wish? or is atomix allreaddy prepared for using the scratchamp?

If you want final scratch features, just buy final scratch. I doubt the programmers would be able to implement a feature like that AND be able to keep the cost low. They'd have to charge more then Final Scratch does because it would be like 2 programs in one. Not only would you have Atomix, but you would also have a Final Scratch clone all rolled into one. Not to mention they would also need to develop a control box like Final Scratch has to interface with your turntables and mixer, AND the special record that needs to be used on the turntables.
