Topic: Startup Control Panel - w2000/wXP

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Because the 'msconfig' command doesn't exist in the w2000/wXP and if you're tired that more and more programs run at system startup, there is a prg: Startup Control Panel! Easy to use, try it :))

Ok, thanks, I didn't see it... ;) In fact, I didn't try it, I was sure that the command didn't exist in wXP! Msconfig command doesn't exist with w2000, no?

With Startup control, it's possible to disable the startup common files (in Hkey_local_machine) and the files in Hkey_current_users. So, more startup files are avaible there than in msconfig.
