Topic: Permanently block a computer using my license
My work bought me a computer to use at work. I left the job and no longer want to allow them to use my license. I took it off under computers, but I checked today and it was active again. How do I permanently block them from using my license?

Change your password.
Then log out all computers and start "clean"

I DID change my password and they were somehow still able to use it. I have no access to this computer. And I even tried to add other computers up to four, as it says under authorized computers that's my allotment, to block them out. But every time I go to add a different computer it says that only one gets added on and the other gets taken off. For instance, I was on my computer I call Kate. I went to log in Peg and it logs in but bumps Kate off and the MacBooks that I need removed are still there (albeit crossed off) There doesn't seem to be a way to permanently remove that computer (they are both the same computer, the just changed the name from - Neil’s MacBook Air (last used 3 days ago @ 8:54 pm) to DEANS GOLD MAC AIR (last used 15 hours ago) Is it possible to remove them with no access to the physical computer? And why are my other computers not allowed to log in without bumping my actual authorized computers? Thank you in advance for your time and knowledge
 
So, you went here, https://virtualdj.com/users/computers.html , clicked the X button next to the computer in question after changing your password, and it still comes up ?

If yes, then contact support. They will be able to help you further.
