When I choose apple, it try to goto safari https://live.virtualdj.com/live/sm_connect.php?s=apO5TVbKS4mWmHfFcJ
and says Server cannot be found
and says Server cannot be found

u can change the server it conects to in windows settings for network but forgot what they r u need to put in.
have the same isue at the mo as i just had to reinstal windows and lost al my data even through i did it as reset and keep data. so now have to reinstal everything and now cant login to VDJ without the correct DNS numbers.
tried the other solutions posted but that didnt fix it so need the DNS ip addy to put in. there is 2 of them main and secondry.
think its all 8's or all 1's or something like that. its in a post on here somewhere but cant find it.

ok its 8.8.8.8 preferd
1.1.1.1 secondry.
use network and ethernet in windows settings. edit IPV 4 change to manuel from automatic and enter those numers then save. that should then let u connect.
just did it on mine now it lets me connect.

I can log in to live.virtualdj.com to log in the account only in this computer, in the software.
