Good evening guys....
I bought a reloop mixtour pro 2 years ago...
It's perfect....... and because I liked it I bought a second one a few months ago
On the second one I bought, when I connect it to the virtual, the left CUE as shown in the photo is blue-red (the led) while normally it should be blue....
The cue as a cue works normally as a button but there is this dichroism
Now is this a problem within the virtual?
Is it a problem with the controller?
Also, all its parameters when you work with them do not correspond correctly with the virtual... (for example, I put the low at a quarter and in the virtual it is very low)

If you have one that worked correctly and just got one, second hand, that doesn't, then it's far more likely the one you got second hand is faulty, especially as there is one LED showing mixed colours.

I believe you have 2 different devices, Mixtour and Mixtour Pro.
Start with reading the functionality of the Pro - since it's the one you bought last - https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware/reloop/mixtourpro/controls.html
there will be a few things that work a bit differently than the 1st non-Pro model

The controllers I have bought are exactly the same... Mixtour PRO
but the last one I bought had the above issues
And I bought them both brand new.

Logically if the pictured unit does this and the other one doesn't (same computer, same software) then the pictured unit is at fault. You could easily confirm this by connecting them to djay Pro to see if you get the same symptoms.

I must say from the photo, that looks like a hardware fault.
