When I connect both of my controllers, Traktor X1 MK3 and Z1 MK2, the screens don't work. When I connect only one of them, everything is fine. Is there any way to fix this bug?

Did you try changing the mode of the X1 MK3 (see the info here)?
Did you try switching which decks the Z1 MK2 controls (see 13 here)
If you aren't using a powered hub for the connections, does introducing a powered USB hub and connecting them to that help?
It's probably a good thing to just double check with the Manuals to be sure of the behavior:
Traktor Kontrol X1 MK3
Traktor Kontrol Z1 MK2
If it is a true issue, the devs will respond accordingly (and probably push a silent update fix if possible).
Also, are you using Mac or Windows?
If you are on Windows there seems to have been a recent issue introduced with a Windows update that affects MIDI operation (not sure it applies, but the discussion is here).

Yes, I've tried all of this. Nothing helps. As soon as I disconnect one controller, everything is fine, but two controllers cause this bug. I have an M1 Pro Mac, Tahoe. VirtualDJ b9004

I installed the latest build 9171 and the situation got worse. When I try to connect with support the feedback form constantly says that you need to try later. How can I let the developers know that this issue needs to be resolved?
