Hi. First time posting on here.
Having an issue with pitch stuck at +12 range and can't adjust it on my controller.
Using DENON MC3000.
Move the pitch slider but nothing happens. Can't control it.
Got another controller which is the MC6000 which I've had plugged in no issues.
Also have a friend with the same controller MC3000 and still the same issue.
Any help on this greatly apperciated.

Does this happen on BOTH decks ?
Do you use the factory default mapper ?
