Hi, I’ve had a rather strange issue with Virtual DJ at my last two gigs.
The first time it happened, right after loading a track, the low EQ knob in the software suddenly turned all the way to the left, which completely muted the bass. On top of that, the tempo dropped by 20 BPM. Unfortunately, I couldn’t fix it either in the software or with my FLX4 controller – the only solution was to restart the program.
Yesterday, a similar thing happened but in a slightly different way. While a track was playing, about 2 minutes in, the bass suddenly cut out completely without any input from me. Nothing showed up on the interface, so at first I thought it might be related to the Stems function, but it wasn’t. Then, after I loaded another track onto the second deck, the low EQ knob once again jumped all the way to the left on its own. Restarting the program solved it, but this issue is very concerning.
Has anyone experienced this kind of behavior and knows how to fix it?

sounds like you may have activated the smart fader button or something else similar you may have installed
