I am having an issue on my pioneer flx10 when using virtual. I am not sure if it's a mapping issue or not, but the trim is very sensitive. When playing live if i move the trim up or down, i get either big jolts in volume or big dips in volume at the slightest turn of the knob. Just wondering if anyone knows of a fix for this? or if there is a better way to map the trim knobs? (Pioneer offers no support for VDJ when using the flx 10)

The FLX10 VU readings are bizarre to be honest.

For a shorter range, you can try to map the GAIN/TRIM knob as ..
param_multiply 0.5 & param_add 0.25 & gain
Also note that if u have gainResetOnLoad enabled (which is so by default), and you regularly use the GAIN knobs, when you load a new Track, the VDJ/software Gain will be at the center, but your hardware knob could be on different position (and you could tell from the "ghost" fader on the skin). In this case, the hardware knob wont work until the 2 faders meet each other
Setting ControllerTakeovermode is set to Pickup, right ?
