If I use the traktor X1 mk2 with an F1 and a reloop mixtour does this count as one controller for a home license?

no i think you need a pro license for all that to work together

It counts for 3.
So, if all of them offer "HOME PLUS" license, you'll have to obtain all 3 of them, effectively costing the same if not more than the PRO license.
